At Deep Tea, we aim to deliver your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time. Deep Tea’s FAQ currently states that orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 days, depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, and other delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:

• Remote or restricted delivery locations
• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• High order volumes
• Events beyond our reasonable control

3. Delivery Availability

Deep Tea accepts online orders through its official website and provides doorstep delivery in supported/select serviceable regions.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, the order may not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded, where applicable.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

• Order value
• Delivery location
• Product quantity or weight
• Courier service availability
• Promotional offers

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

Please allow some time after dispatch for courier tracking information to become active.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number while placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in delivery failure, Deep Tea will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

7. Failed Delivery

Courier partners may make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.

An order may be returned to us if:

• The customer is unavailable
• The address is incorrect or incomplete
• The customer cannot be contacted
• Delivery is refused
• The location is not serviceable

Any re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer where applicable.

8. Damaged Package or Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in an unacceptable condition, please contact Deep Tea customer support promptly with your order details and photographs/videos of the package and product.

Deep Tea currently states that it provides a 7-day return or replacement policy for damaged or defective products.

9. Delayed Orders

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier operations, weather, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with the shipment status.

10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Any cancellation, refund, or return request will be handled according to Deep Tea’s applicable Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
